These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all event registrations made with Heart iQ Network LLC, a United States limited liability company, acting as the organization delivering Heart iQ events. By registering for a Heart iQ event, you ("the Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement.
1. Payment Terms
By registering, you agree to pay the full event fee no later than 7 calendar days before the event start date.
For bookings made less than 7 days before the event, full payment is required immediately.
If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, you authorize Heart iQ Network LLC to automatically charge any outstanding balance 7 days prior to the event.
Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
2.1 Cancellations Made More Than 60 Days Before the Event
You may cancel your registration more than 60 days before the event and receive a refund minus a 10% administrative and processing fee.
The 10% fee will be issued as a credit voucher, valid for use at any Heart iQ event within 12 months of the cancellation date.
2.2 Cancellations Made Within 60 Days of the Event
Cancellations within 60 days of the event are non-refundable, due to the impact on our ability to fill the space and the costs already incurred.
3. Ticket Transfers
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another eligible person, provided that the new participant meets the event participation criteria and is approved by Heart iQ through the application process.
Ticket transfers are your responsibility and must be finalized at least 7 days before the event.
4. Participation & Conduct
We reserve the right to deny admission or remove any participant whose conduct is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive to the group process. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Participation in all event activities is voluntary, and each participant is responsible for their own physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
5. Liability Waiver
Heart iQ events include elements of physical movement, emotional exploration, and somatic-based group processes.
By registering, you affirm that you are fit and capable of participating in such activities.
You agree to release and hold harmless Heart iQ Network LLC, Heart iQ, their facilitators, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, or causes of action arising from your participation, except in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
6. Force Majeure
Heart iQ Network LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, fires, power outages, war, terrorism, epidemics, pandemics, government orders, travel restrictions, venue damage or closure, or facilitator illness or injury.
In the event of such circumstances, Heart iQ Network LLC reserves the right to reschedule or relocate the event, offer credit toward a future event, or issue partial refunds, at its sole discretion.
If an event is rescheduled, relocated, or canceled due to force majeure, Heart iQ Network LLC is not responsible for reimbursing travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses incurred by participants. We strongly recommend that all participants obtain adequate travel insurance.
7. Service Provider & Venue Disclaimer
This event is organised, facilitated, and delivered exclusively by Heart iQ Network LLC. The venue at which the event takes place is an independent third-party premises provider only and is not involved in the organisation, facilitation, or delivery of any part of this event.
All contractual obligations — including registration, payment, refunds, cancellations, and event delivery — are between the participant and Heart iQ Network LLC. The venue bears no responsibility or liability for the content, facilitation, outcomes, or any claims arising from participation in this event.
Any questions, concerns, or disputes related to this event should be directed to Heart iQ Network LLC.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Heart iQ Network LLC is a United States limited liability company. However, as the event takes place in the Netherlands and serves an international participant base, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Leeuwarden, the Netherlands, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Consent & Release Agreement
I voluntarily consent to participate in this event. I understand that this work is not intended to treat, cure, heal, or diagnose any disease, mental illness, or symptom. It is offered as educational in nature and is not psychotherapy or a substitute for psychotherapy.
Personal Responsibility
I am responsible and accountable for my own decisions, actions, and results in life. By participating in this Heart iQ event, I agree not to hold Heart iQ Network LLC or any of its event organizers liable for any outcomes I experience in life or business as a result of my participation — under any circumstance.
Physical, Emotional, and Mental Activity
I understand that sessions may involve physical, mental, intellectual, and emotional activity, including exercises that may challenge my capacities in all these areas.
Voluntary Participation
I acknowledge that my participation in each session — and every part of it — is entirely voluntary. At all times, I am free to choose not to participate in any part or in the full session. I take full responsibility for using my own judgment and initiative to decide which parts I will or won't participate in.
Risk Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that my actions and choices may carry a risk of injury to myself or to others. By providing this consent, I knowingly and voluntarily assume the risk of injury, whether caused to myself or to others by my participation. I hereby release Heart iQ Network LLC and all event organizers from any and all liability for injuries to myself and/or for injuries I may cause to others.
This agreement is made in good faith and with full awareness of my personal responsibility, sovereignty, and freedom of choice.
Event Agreements
By choosing to participate in this event, I agree to the following foundational principles that support a safe, transformative, and heart-centered space:
1. Presence & Openness
I commit to showing up with full presence — heart open, mind open — ready to engage authentically with myself, others, and the experience as it unfolds.
2. Voluntary Participation
I understand that every part of this experience is optional. I am free to choose how I participate and to honor my own boundaries at all times.
3. Consent Awareness
I practice conscious consent. I am confident in expressing my needs, desires, and limits — and I commit to honoring the "no" of others with respect and gratitude, recognizing their right to self-care.
4. Commitment to Non-Violence
I agree to co-create a non-violent environment by treating myself, others, and the space with care and respect. This includes refraining from harmful physical, emotional, or verbal behavior.
5. Sex-Positivity & Nudity
I affirm that I am 18 years or older and understand that this is a sex-positive event. Nudity and heart-centered intimacy may be present in specific, clearly designated spaces. I agree to navigate this with respect, presence, and consent.
6. Confidentiality
I honor the confidentiality of this space. I agree not to share the identities, stories, or personal experiences of any participant outside the event setting.
7. Responsibility for My Well-Being
I accept full responsibility — including financial responsibility — for my physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after the event.
8. Natural High Policy
I agree to participate fully sober. This is a drug-, alcohol-, and smoke-free event, and I commit to honoring that container.
9. Awareness of Risks & Voluntary Choice
I understand that this event may include physical, emotional, mental, or energetic challenges. I willingly accept and take full responsibility for any risks I choose to engage in during this experience.
10. Educational Purpose
I acknowledge that this event is educational in nature and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or heal any physical or mental condition. It is not a replacement for psychotherapy or professional healthcare.
11. Accountability & Liability Release
I take full ownership of my choices and outcomes in life. I agree not to hold the facilitators, organizers, or hosts responsible for any impact my participation may have on my health, relationships, or business. I release all parties from any liability for injuries or consequences arising from my actions during the event.
12. Respect for Agreements
I understand that breaching these agreements may result in being asked to leave the event, without refund, at the discretion of the event team.
Recording, Filming & Audio-Visual Policy
This event will be filmed, recorded, and photographed by Heart iQ Network LLC. This recording serves multiple purposes:
Safety & Insurance — Continuous recording is maintained as part of our commitment to participant safety and for insurance documentation purposes. This is a standard practice that helps maintain the integrity and safety of the event space.
Participant Replay Access — Selected portions of the event recordings may be made available to participants as a replay resource, allowing you to revisit key moments from the experience.
Educational & Training Use — Recordings may be used by Heart iQ for educational purposes, including the training and development of future facilitators. This supports the growth and quality of facilitation within our community.
Archival — All material is archived by Heart iQ Network LLC as part of our event records.
Professional photography will also take place during the event. Photos will be shared with all participants first, and everyone will have 2 weeks to request that any images be adjusted or removed. After this period, a final selection will be shared for personal, non-commercial use (with credit to the photographer and Heart iQ).
If you do not wish to appear in photography, you may inform the photographer directly. However, please be aware that the event space is filmed continuously for the safety and insurance purposes described above, and opting out of general filming is not possible.
By registering for this event, you consent to being filmed, recorded, and photographed as described in this policy.
